A beautiful yarn bowl handmade by my lovely and very talented friend Lauren:

giveaway info

The giveaway is open from right now until November 25, 2013, when I will randomly draw the winner.  It is open to anyone, regardless of where in the world you are located.

    • For the CAL I did indeed order from overseas. If you want a cheap acrylic that is still nice and soft but is from the US, I’d go with the acrylic yarn featured in the giveaway: the KnitPicks Brava. They have it in Worsted, Bulky, and Sport weights. I did my blanket in DK weight yarn, but that doesn’t really matter — you could just change the size of your hook accordingly and make the blanket the size you desire. Hope that helps!

I have my “thecraftsanitycorner” that has yet to become a reality. It’s there when I’m ready:) The yarn bowl is gorgeous and would be such a luxury to be able to call my very own.
